Tuan Sing Holdings Limited is based in Singapore and they handle hotels ownership, next to property development and investment. Founded in 1969, it is listed in Singapore Stock Exchange just 4 years later. The group has since grown into a multi-core business with an established presence not only in Singapore but also several other countries in the APAC region including Australia, China and Indonesia. With over 4000 employees across the region, Tuan Sing has a rich portfolio of real estate assets in commercial, hospitality and residential properties.

The company has diverse roles to play in the market. It has about 98% shares in Hypak Sdn Berhad which manufactures polypropylene (PP) packaging in Malaysia and does marketing. Besides, it also holds about 80% shares in SGX-ST listed SP Corporation which does commodities trading. It primes itself for the market by holding about 50% shares in Pan-West Pte Ltd, a gold-products retailer and as a stakeholder of GUI Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, which specialises in printed circuit board manufacturing.

They have come thus far with their great foresight, and by leveraging on their proven track record. Having established their presence in the sector of investment and property development, the company has greater plans. One of which is to engage in integrated developments at a larger scale. It has since clinched numerous awards for their excellent projects in the APAC region. Some of which includes Cluny Park, Kandis Residences, Mont Botanik Residence and Sennett Residence.
